Our new saying around FCFC is, "We are big enough to serve you, and small enough to know you!" Our staff is here to serve and happy to help you in any way possible. We look forward to getting to know you and building a future together.
Pastor Gary and Pam have a passion for connecting with people. They believe that churches should not be looking to get something out of the community, but to give somethinig back to the community. This heart extends down through the church family and has affected the lives of people everywhere. Pastor Gary graduated from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1982. He and his wife have been ministering since then. They started pastoring FCFC in July of 2014.
Pastor Doug and Erin want to connect with young people. With over 20 years of youth ministry experience they bring the message of hope through humor, games and music. Pastor Doug is also the music director for FCFC. Erin teaches kindergarten and preschool in the Academy of Excellence, our christian school. They have 3 teenagers, Blake, Brandon and Bethany.
Pastor Mike and Kim McGinnis have just relocated to the Eureka Springs area to be our new Assistant Pastors. Mike recently retired from a successful career in management with a major retailer and has over 20 years of ministry experience since graduating from Bible College in 1993. Together they have traveled with a nationally known youth ministry, and have pastored churches in both North Carolina and Kentucky. They love people of all ages and have a heart to see people know Jesus and grow in the ways of God. Mike and Kim have been married 15 years and have two daughters.
Patty and her husband James moved to Berryville in 1981. Looking for a church which could help them grow in a deeper knowledge of the Father God, they joined Faith Christian Fellowship which at that time met at the Legion Hut in downtown Eureka Springs. In addition to her academic teaching career in public schools and the A of E, she invested more than 30 years in children’s ministry at FCFC.
As she moves into new avenues outside the classroom, she is enjoying staying involved in the church and Academy. “My desire and prayer for each day is to be a blessing to those I serve.”
